Carrara’s light industrial and commercial areas hold workshops, warehouses, trade suppliers and showrooms. These sites need an electrician comfortable with three-phase power, larger switchboards and equipment that keeps the business running. The work we do most often includes:

Emerald Lakes
Emerald Lakes is Carrara’s best-known residential precinct, with homes, townhouses and apartments set around lakes and a village area. Body corporates here need common area lighting, pool equipment, gate and access systems and emergency lighting maintained. Individual owners call us for lighting upgrades, air conditioning circuits, EV chargers and smoke alarm compliance. We’re used to working within building and body corporate rules.

Older homes on the floodplain
Outside the newer precincts, parts of Carrara have older homes on low ground near the Nerang River. These often combine ageing switchboards with some flood exposure. When upgrading, we can place switchboards and outlets higher where practical, and split ground-level circuits so they can be isolated separately. A switchboard upgrade is usually the right first step for these homes.
Events, sport and weekend trading
The stadium, sporting facilities and the markets bring big weekend crowds, and businesses around them often trade outside normal hours. We’re flexible about scheduling commercial work early, late or on quieter days so it doesn’t disrupt trade. For food vendors and pop-up operators, we can also check and certify power arrangements and test and tag portable equipment before busy periods.
